As a certified distributor, we exclusively offer pre- and post-sales’ support services for all medical devices and equipment we represent. We believe that technical and customer support are key factors in effective medical equipment operation.
All customers who purchase products through Lapidot Medical receive training, certification, technical support and maintenance services. We provide these services to our vast installed base of thousands of products within private and public hospitals, sick funds, medical clinics, diagnostics institutions and operating theaters.

Ensuring Best Performance for Your Products
Facility design can affect use and functionality of medical device and equipment. We work closely with customers to make sure the conditions of their medical facilities, such as operating theatres, procedure rooms, surgical suites are well suited to the equipment we install.

 

The scope of our technical support also includes:  

  • Coordinating logistics around product installation, upgrades and product recall
  • Performing periodic quality surveys to constantly improve and optimize customer service
  • Responding to equipment service calls and technical service calls
  • Responding to and handle customer complaints
  • Setting-up post-warranty maintenance and service agreements
  • Procuring from local suppliers and exporters
